SALES & BOOKING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT — FRESH FLORIDA CLEANING
Fresh Florida Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company based in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. We’re hiring a dependable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to support our U.S. customers, close sales, and book cleanings.
This is a fully remote, phone-focused role with paid training, sales commission, direct support from the owner, and opportunities to grow.
PAY & COMMISSION
• $2 USD/hour base for all approved working hours, including training.
• Weekly payment.
• After training, 2% commission on eligible cleaning jobs you personally close.
• Possible discretionary holiday bonuses based on performance and contributions.
Example: An eligible $300 cleaning earns $6 in commission on top of hourly pay. If you also secure a qualifying second recurring cleaning priced at $150 after its discount, that earns another $3 when completed and paid.
Commission is based on the final service amount, excluding taxes and tips, and becomes payable after the cleaning is completed and the customer’s payment is successfully charged. Ordinary repeat bookings do not earn ongoing commission. Full eligibility rules will be explained during hiring.
Commission earnings depend on available leads and sales results and are not guaranteed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Answer incoming company calls and respond promptly to inquiries during your shift.
• Understand customer needs, explain services, provide approved quotes, and close bookings.
• Follow our sales script while keeping conversations natural and helpful.
• Follow up with prospects and return missed calls.
• Enter and verify bookings in BookingKoala.
• Keep contacts, notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks accurate in GoHighLevel.
• Review your calls and apply feedback to improve.
This is not just chat support or data entry. You should enjoy speaking with customers and feel comfortable asking for the booking.
PAID TRAINING & SUPPORT
We provide approximately 1–2 weeks of paid training at your regular hourly rate, including written procedures, Loom videos, practice calls, and support from the owner.
Training length depends on your progress. At the end, we’ll review performance and decide whether we’re a good long-term fit. All approved training hours are paid regardless of that decision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Phone-sales, customer-service, appointment-setting, or call-center experience.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and improve.
• A reliable computer, headset, stable internet, and quiet workspace.
GoHighLevel and BookingKoala experience is helpful but not required—we can train the right person.
Communication matters most to us. If something is unclear, ask. If you notice a problem or have an improvement idea, bring it forward. You’ll work directly with an owner who wants you to learn and succeed.
SCHEDULE & ADDITIONAL HOURS
Approximately 40 hours per week during agreed U.S. Eastern Time hours (Florida), generally evening or overnight hours in the Philippines. Exact days and hours will be agreed before hiring.
Want more than 40 hours? Additional availability is a plus! The owner welcomes interest in extra paid hours when work is available. Tell us your ideal weekly schedule.
Extra hours are optional, require prior approval, and are not guaranteed. You are not expected to monitor calls or messages outside your approved working hours.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Your initial focus is sales and booking. As you demonstrate strong performance and reliability, you may learn scheduling, cleaner coordination, operations, and team support.
Greater responsibility can lead to compensation reviews and advancement, depending on performance and business needs.
