    • Support implementation of the health, safety, and security management system
    • Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in safety culture
    • Review incidents, trends, and risk mitigation strategies at the property level
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and property leadership on on-property investigations.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Rooms and Guest Experience teams to ensure security and safety protocols support a seamless guest experience.

  • Hands-on experience managing third-party contractors and vendors, including scope negotiation, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Current or ability to obtain required FDNY certifications (e.g., Fire Safety Director, Fire Guard, or equivalent as required for the property's occupancy classification).
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, investigative techniques, and emergency/crisis management procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • High integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CCTV and access control systems, and fire alarm panels.
