Contract | Days | 14-Week Assignment | 35-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience working within a multidisciplinary care team
